If you are not happy with shaving, tweezing or waxing, laser hair removal may be an option for you. It is one of the most common cosmetic procedures done today.  During laser hair removal, a laser beam passes through the skin to an individual hair follicle. The light is absorbed by the pigment, which damages the follicle enough to decrease future hair growth. Laser treatments can remove hair anywhere from months to years, as the results differ from person to person.
